Bespoke Software, Inc. (everybody knows us as "VSys One") is a privately held software company incorporated in New York State. We're located in Albany (upstate) New York; it's a good thing we like snow.

VSys grew out of work done for the Special Olympics from 1989-1995. We designed their Games Management System (GMS) which remains in use, globally, by Special Olympics organizations at all levels.

Because the games use volunteers, developing a standalone VMS became the next logical step. Between 2005-2007 VSys divested itself from GMS (licensing it in perpetuity to Special Olympics, Inc.) and released our core product, VSys One. It rapidly became a success, primarily with organizations that had more complex onboarding, communication and workflow requirements.

Today the VSys family of products is in use by volunteer and unpaid staff programs of all sizes and in all manner of organizations from healthcare, municipalities, museums and science centers, to parks and recreation, and others. Bespoke Software Inc. was founded to improve the world of volunteering. Our entire product line focuses on volunteers and other unpaid staff programs. That's all we do: making it easier to connect people with their communities. As such, we attract employees who want to help make the world a better place. Our staff volunteers in both the local and wider community across a variety of causes ranging from homelessness to a variety of health causes.
